Alminco silo accessories, specially made to have high performance and heavy duty loading. Most of items are made by galvanized steel or using hot-dip galvanization, which provides long life time quality. Pneumatic two way valve, also available electronic control valve, giving you choice for loading route. The body is made of hot dip galvanized steel and using stainless pneumatic piston, the body is available in "人" type and "卜" type.
Pneumatic gate, available in single layer and double layer, the double layer type provides grain flow control. The body is made in hot-dip galvanized steel and using stainless pneumatic piston. We accept any custom dimension order.
Center Discharge Gate(left) and Side Discharge Gate(right), available in different size from 40 tons to 200 tons flow rate. We provide pneumatic control or manual control to open and close. The Center discharge gate includes sweep auger base (axial), all the parts are made in hot-dip galvanized steel.

Chain Conveyor
Alminco chain conveyor is designed to be heavy duty and commercial standard, capable to use several times in a year. The whole design is for outdoor use, which is completely water proof. The casing is made of galvanized steel to ensure long life time quality. The head section includes the reduction motor and use chain to drive the axial. The boot section includes the chain adjustor. Alminco also supply additional recycle cup, clean out brush, RPM detector, and dust collecting system to meet your satisfaction. Alminco chain conveyor is most efficient system that deliver the grain without crumble problem. The biggest capacity reaches 300MT/Hr. Except for horizontal chain conveyor, Alminco also supplys incline conveyor, curve conveyor, and double deck 2 way conveyor. Alminco uses different type of chain for different capacity and purpose. All the attachment of chain includes the plastic paddles. The left photo is 81X roller chain, the right photo is D667K pintle chain. We also supply different material of chain, such as the stainless steel chain. The chain conveyor provides both roller type and rail type according to different design. Alminco offers the service for extra galvanized painting to give longer lifetime. The photo also shows the RPM sensor which helps monitoring the working condition. The loading chain conveyor needs catwalk to support the weight. The catwalk includes the sdiewalk, handrail, and service platform with safety cage. The catwalk has supports that's extended from stiffeners, or use additional peak supports on the top of silo. The unloading chain conveyor must have enough room for service, the conveyor in the photo is installed in a tunnel under the silo. Alminco supplys double layer unloading gate, one layer uses wheel handle to control flow volume, another layer only works ON/OFF and control by pneumatic or electronic equipment. Bucket Elevator
Alminco bucket elevator is designed to be heavy duty and commercial standard, capable to use several times in a year. The whole design is for outdoor use, which is completely water proof. The trunk is made of galvanized steel to ensure long life time quality. Alminco uses larger pulley to reach bigger capacity with lower RPM, so the grain would not be broken by high RPM. The anti-reverse function is standard feature to prevent the belt running to wrong direction. Alminco also supply additional features like RPM detector, belt leaning detector, and dust collecting system. The head section is made of steel with hot-dip galvanized, the head includes reduction motor, using the chain to drive the pulley with anti-reverse function, the biggest capacity can reach 300MT/Hr. Elevator Head and Boot uses different wheels depending on different design, Alminco prefers using big diameter of wheel (pulley) to reduce belt speed and heavy load problems. Some wheel also provides with rubber coating to have soft running. Anti Reverse Unit Special compound material of belt can last for high pulling force, the plastic bucket can prevent dust explosion by not having sparkling. The bucket elevator can load the grains into desire tube by using rotating distributor. The aviation alert light and lightning conductor is considering as standard safety equipment. Beside the rotating distributor, the 2 way and 3 way valve is also an option, the photo shows the 3 way valve. Alminco supplys the tower to support the elevator, there are also stairs, safety handrails, and platforms for maintenance service. The tower structure is designed to meet seismic zone 4 and made of steel with hot-dip galvanized. Control System
Alminco offers service on turn-key projects, the final key would be the control system that gives smooth operation. Alminco offers different choice to meet your satisfaction. All the control system is based on PLC with control pannel to control conveyors, optional choices on monitoring on RPM, flow rate, grain temperature, power consumption, mechanical failure, and alarms. This is basic control panel including flowchart, push button, indicator light, voltage meter, and alarm system. The whole panel is easy to understand, but the control data is done in advance and can't be revised unless adding extra control box. This is luxury version of control system, all the information is in touch screen including flowchart, indication, voltage, and alarm system. The control box has smaller dimension so it does not take too much space. The professional version is using commercial server with unique software to control the whole system. It's more familiar to operate by using a mouse, just simply click the icon and everything is automatic. The software can contain more information with several pages. Except for basic information, it shows more information like individual RPM, individual voltage, and specific condition of each conveyor and elevator. When there is a problem, it figures out which conveyor or elevator has problem and show on the screen. The best advantage is that if there is any change on the flowchart, the software can be updated or reprogramed whenever it needs.
